We purchased six 3 x 5 four-panel Weatherwall windows for our 3-season room at our cottage in northern Manitoba in 1999. The windows are still in new condition, with the initial clarity and no fading. The mechanisms all work like new and they are perfect for our situation. Two summers ago we had a comprehensive deck and 3 season sun room installed by Spotlight Home and Lifestyle on our lakefront property in Trent Lakes, just outside Bobcaygeon. An integral part of the look and function was the installation of Weatherwall window panels. Aesthetically, they blend in with our deck and sun room, and have proven over this time to be extremely durable. We love the flexibility of having the windows open either from the top or bottom.
We experience quite strong winds coming from the south, across the lake and up to our home. The windows have proven to be tough, reliable and wind resistant when closed. They have suffered no damage or other issues when presented with at time gale strength winds.
